Staff helping student make snowballs.

Ms. Colleen, Ms. Sarah, and Ms. Alissa’s class came together to celebrate some winter fun! We had a Snowman Day, and did activities relating to snow and winter. We had a science group where we made “snow” out of shaving cream and baking soda. We worked on measuring, following directions, and taking turns. Then we got to play with the cold snow, and shaped it into snowmen! After our science group, we wrote journal articles about our snowman, and got to draw our very own snowmen. We then shared our journals and worked on listening to our friends’ stories. We ended the day by snacking on some snow cones, yum!
